Why This Matters

So many women find themselves carrying the weight of anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and old attachment wounds without realizing how much it’s impacting their everyday life. These patterns often begin in childhood or within high-pressure family systems, where being “the responsible one” or “the emotional anchor” felt necessary for survival. Over time, the nervous system adapts—staying alert, staying small, staying agreeable—to keep the peace.

Through a blend of EMDR, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based work, we’ll help your body feel safer, your inner critic soften, and your sense of self strengthen.
